Face to face 3-day classroom sessions and virtual 3-day live instructor-led Zoom classes with up to 12 months support.

The exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions to be completed in 40 minutes online. It is a closed book exam with a pass mark of 50%.

The Managing Benefits™ Foundation will cover a range of topics, including:

Definitions, scope, and objectives of benefits management
Principles upon which successful approaches to benefits management are based
Barriers to its effective benefits management and the key characteristics of success
Five practices contained within the Benefits Management Cycle and relevant techniques applicable to each practice
Key elements of portfolio-based benefits management
Scope of key roles and responsibilities for benefits management and the typical contents of the main benefits management documentation
The various approaches to implementation and the factors to consider in sustaining progress.

Examination Information

To gain the full Managing Benefits Foundation certification you must complete one examination.

The assessment consists of 50 multiple-choice questions, to be answered in time frame of 40 minutes and is to be taken online. The pass mark is 50%.

Timetable and Study Options

The Managing Benefits™ Foundation can be studied in two different ways: Virtual Classes and Face to Face Classes.

Virtual Classes run over 3 days, live online from 9am – 4.30pm. These classes enable you to engage with our expert trainers and fellow classmates in real-time.

Face to Face Classes run over 3 days from 9am – 4.30pm. These in-person, interactive classes, take place across our wide range of UK study venues.
