The Project Planning and Control™ Foundation qualification introduces the principles and practice of effective project planning and control. The course will equip you with the fundamental knowledge and skills on planning, executing and controlling project quality, costs and schedules. You will gain a practical understanding of how to successfully remain in control of a project, mitigating risks for their organisation.

This introductory qualification is designed for those in project support roles, including Planning Managers & Engineers as well as Project Control Managers. The foundation course is also a pre-requisite for those wishing to study the Practitioner qualification.

To gain the full Project Planning & Control Foundation qualification you must complete one examination.

The exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions, with a duration of 40 minutes and is to betaken online. The pass mark is 50%.

The Project Planning and Control™ Foundation can be studied in two different ways: Virtual Classes and Face to Face Classes.

Virtual Classes run over 3 days, live online from 9am – 4.30pm. These classes enable you to engage with our expert trainers and fellow classmates in real-time.

Face to Face Classes run over 3 days from 9am – 4.30pm. These in-person, interactive classes, take place across our wide range of UK study venues.
