  • Project Management and Team Skills
  • Statistics and Data Analysis Techniques
  • The Lean Six Sigma DMAIC phases, which involves extending your knowledge and understanding of the key Six Sigma methodology

You will be asked to write a Business Improvement Project report (BIP) based on an operational improvement initiative in your place of work.

In this report you will provide evidence of effectively applying techniques from the Green Belt Body of Knowledge.

Criteria and guidance on writing the BIP will be provided in class.
