The Praxis Foundation™ is designed for current or aspiring project and programme managers. The course provides a thorough understanding of project and programme functions, as well as the processes used to manage lifecycle phases.

The Foundation will introduce you to the four essential features of the Praxis Framework™; Knowledge, Method, Competence, and Capability Maturity. By integrating projects, programmes, and portfolios into a single model, the Praxis Framework is able to provide a comprehensive guide more concisely than any other framework.

Upon completion of the Praxis Foundation, you will be equipped to work effectively in any project or programme team, and you will be eligible to study the Praxis Practitioner.
