The PRINCE2 Project, Programme, Portfolio Management (P3O) Practitioner is designed for those individuals who already hold the P3O Foundation certification and have an active role in a P3O office. This advanced course focuses on the application of P3O principles in real-world scenarios, ensuring you can effectively design, implement, and manage P3O structures within your organisation.

The PRINCE2® Project, Programme, Portfolio Office Management Practitioner qualification will enable you to gain an overall understanding of the elements, roles functions, tools and techniques that are deployed in a P3O model. In order to complete the P3O Practitioner, you must have first completed the Foundation level course.

Examination Information

To gain the PRINCE2® Project, Programme, Portfolio Management (P3O) Practitioner qualification you must complete one examination.

The exam consists of 4 questions with 80 marks in total, to be completed in a time frame of 2.5 hours. It is an open book exam and is taken online.

The pass mark is 50%.

Timetable and Study Options

The PRINCE2® Project, Programme, Portfolio Management (P3O) Practitioner can be studied in three ways: Distance Learning, Virtual Classes and Face to Face Classes.

Distance Learning involves independent, self-paced study. You’ll have access to our online learning platform, allowing you to work through the resources in your own time, at your own pace.

Virtual Classes run over 2 days, live online from 9am – 4.30pm. These classes enable you to engage with our expert trainers and fellow classmates in real-time.

Face to Face Classes run over 2 days from 9am – 4.30pm. These in-person, interactive classes, take place across our wide range of UK study venues.
