PRINCE2® Programme Management Foundation offers a comprehensive introduction to the principles of the PRINCE2® Programme Management framework. Applying the framework in real-life situations, will equip you to organise larger programmes into smaller, more manageable projects.
PRINCE2® Programme Management Practitioner then builds on the theoretical knowledge acquired at Foundation level, by providing more detailed analysis and understanding of the Programme Management framework, and by specifically developing your knowledge in a more practical context. The course will enable you to manage complex and large-scale programmes and projects, in real-world situations.
PRINCE2® Programme Management Practitioner covers more advanced topics including programme governance and risk management, but the emphasis throughout, is on applying this knowledge.
