Tomasz Nedzi started his career as a project manager for IBM in 1998, where he was applying PMBOK®Guide in practice. He worked in international consulting projects as well as the project manager and instructional designer in e-learning projects. Working for National Research Institute he was a project and programme manager, creating the project/programme management methods for this organization.
He has translated PRINCE2® manual in 2003 and having completed the Train-the-Trainer course started his PRINCE2® trainer career in 2004.
Tomasz was involved in the creation and translation of best practice manuals including: PRINCE2®, MoR®, AgilePM® and P3O® and represented Europe in ATO Working Group at AXELOS.
Working as a dedicated, dynamic, and resourceful Approved Trainer combining 20 years’ experience delivering accredited courses to various organisations and industries (including EY, Samsung, LG, Panasonic, MARS, Accenture, IBM and HP) he has helped to progress management practices, increase efficiency and improve their effectiveness. He has been teaching management at different higher education institutions since 2005 as well.
Tomasz has been accredited in following products: Change Management (since 2024), Agile Change Agent (since 2024), PM2 (since 2024), Service Automation Framework (since 2017), MoP® (since 2017), PRINCE2®Agile (since 2015), Facilitation (since 2015), OBASHI (since 2015), MSP® (since 2014), Agile PM (since 2013), M_o_R® (since 2013), P3O® (since 2012), PRINCE2® (since 2006).
He teaches in English, German and Polish.
